Copy-paste from excel to the downloader shows errors

Dear sirs,
This is my first post here.
I'm trying to post data copied from excel to the downloader.
The issue is that whenever I post the selected data, the prices don't accept the "cents". the 21,35 data copied is pasted as 21,00.
Can anyone help me?

We usually recommend using the Tools-->Convert functionality to move data into our datasheet. In any event, it's possible that the DownLoader is having issues with the international decimal format being used. You could test this by temporarily changing your decimal format to a dot instead of a comma.
To do this click Start-->Control Panel-->Regional and Language Options
Click Customize
Change the decimal symbol to a . instead of a ,
