OK

Install SQL Express 2005, it is free, DO NOT intall SQL Express 2008 it will not work

Make you patch it to SP2 for SQL Express 2005.

Make a copy of ST_DATA.mdb as a back up

Then Open ST_DATA in access 2007

Select Database Tools

Click on SQL Server

Port the tables to your new localhost server

Make sure you check off the box that says save password

Done, no more disk space limits

FYI the code that actually writes to the database is very poorly writen so your sims will actually run slower.

I would be happy to help Equis out with this for credit only if they sent me the source code

Ifyou don't mind, please explain what is the benefit of using an sql server and this patch?
