Unfortunately, there is no way to configure this.
Weekly is always the last day of the week (Friday or Saturday)
Monthly is always the last day of the month
Quarterly is always the last day of March, June, Sept., or Dec.
Yearly is always the last day of the year.

It might be a bit time consuming at first, but it should be pretty easy to maintain the data once configured: Why not create your own annual data sets from monthly data using the Downloader supported by applications like Excel? Export your monthly data to Excel, gather the new-annual OHLC data and create a new data set, then convert the data using the Downloader. At the start of each new month, you just have to review the previous month data and make the required changes to the annual data, i.e. if there was a new high/low, and update the close price.
