How to write a stock filter for the DI+ and DI- the welder indicator.
Where the DI+ and DI- both indicator narrow, the metastock system will give a buy or sell signal

First I would subtract the rate of charge of each indicator, something like
(DI+)-Ref(DI+,-3) for the rate of change and then a "If" statement to create my signal.

Got any more information on exactly what you are trying to achieve? I don't understand the exact nature of the problem.
