How could I display the actual trade status per stock in to Excel?

Trade status: Long, Short, Flat, Closing Long, Closing Short
Further is there a way to do the same for:
- Opening Price after signal (entry price)
- eventually the actual performance in % since entry price?
Could someone help me in this regard?
