Ello
I need to compute the highest value over 10 last days but NOT including current one! so i cant use HHV function...
Can someone tell me how to do it in Metastock formula language, please?

Depending on your precise definition, it's going to be either:
Ref(HHV(H,10),-1)
or
Ref(HHV(H,9),-1)
??
