How do I get real time quotes on my charts?

I am new to this and I can't seem to find the answer. I have made some charts using the enhanced system tester and I have attached the expert advisor. I am wondering how to make these charts update with real-time quotes, and also how do I get alerts from the expert when it suggests something new? I have metastock pro version.

What version of MS PRO did you purchase, eSignal or QuoteCenter?
Who is your RT data vendor?
Have you read the Users Manual?
