As this is my first post on the forums, I made sure to scour the Search first to ensure the question has not already been answered. I am trying to run an exploration that ensures that one or more of these systems, included with Metastock 9.0, is generating a signal. The problem that I am running into is that if you simply do the exploration for the pp: Pivot Rotation, (for example), that it only yields the securities that have JUST now kicked into a position entry signal. Secondly, the internal code for the PowerPivots+ systems are password protected, so I can't use that code for generating outputs. For my purposes, I would like to have the exploration yield a 1 for long at any time the system indicates the position should be open. If the system has no opinion a 0 output, and if the system is indicating short, -1 output.
