When trying to open the downloader it flashes on the screen and disappears. It was working fine yesterday
If I type in a user name which I don't normally have to do it saysWindows Temp Folder is invalid
Help please

Start with the simplest(?) option... try re-installing just the Downloader.

Thanks for the reply , unfortunately I don't know how to just re-install the downloader.
When I put the Metastock disc in it wants to install the whole package and I feel if I do that then I will lose all my charts which go back for years. Would that be correct?
Your advice would be appreciated
