I purchased MetaStock Pro V.10 from a dealer in my country Egypt it was a Stock Exchange Company and i took a workshop to use this program
the proplem is when i set up the program it didn't work properly
espcially when i use it online it sends me Massage says the online Vendor Account is not Configured
or doesn't support this feature
could any one of you explain that to me and how can i fix this proplem
Also when i try to Update Metastock data a message appears saying login Denied to invalid user information
please try to help me because i tried with the online Technical Support but she fidn't Give me Specific Results

Hello,
I thought I had told you pretty specifically what had happened. You purchased an un-authorized copy of MetaStock Pro, and you also need a data subscription in order to access intra-day data. I believe I also gave you link to where you can order the data.
