Hello friends,
I use Metastock Pro 10 and need an advice
How to apply or consolidate two password protected experts into one so that I can apply on a chart. (i.e I would like to see two experts at the same time). The problem is both the experts are password protected and the "add' feature under "symbols" are de activated for these both experts.
Any advice?

hey sam..... the password is going to make that difficult....
the closest you might come is to open two charts and apply the experts to them..... then adjust/overlay the charts to a point where it "appears" both are attached to one chart...... save that as a layout and/or template for later reuse.....h

Why Metastock should deactivate "new" feature under "symbols"? I am refering to Profitunity expert where in I understand that profitunity symbols are protected, but the "New"function should atleast be active so that I can add other stuff and have all in one expert.
I guess one more wish list?

hey sam..... that's probably for our protection...... there is a hierarchy to the alerts..... if we add some additional rules to the password protected expert there is a possibility that our rules might conflict or override the original expert completely....
investorretired had pointed that out to me a good while back during my three musketeers e[censored]ode..... we can safely compensate for that hierarchy, but only if we have access to the codes......
sometimes we can use password protected codes in our new personally created expert...... so in that sense you are workin things backwards..... .
ie, instead of adding your new rules to it, the password p expert, you will be adding the passp expert rules to your personal expert......h
