I usually extrapolate the two indicators to see if the current indicator trend will "cross over" the next day
(so I know which stocks to look at) then look for a "breakout, a higher high, lower low, etc.
If I was to code this I would take 3 price points for tomorrow based upon the last few days trading ranges then calculate the indicators with the 3 prices and see if any cross, then chart the results together along with the correct results to spot any meanful trend. It will not give you an "exact" price
but I would think a range would work fine.
The formula is pretty straight forward so you should be able to do it if you really want to.
