I loaded 50 min and 60 min charts of YM sept contract last Thursday and there were several huge gaps. Some of the candle bars were missing. I went on equis online help and the person at equis open the same charts and had the same problem. She told me that this is a data error and nothing wrong with my Metastock configurations. She will report this problem to Reuters.
Today i have reloaded the same charts and this problem of missing data is still there. Anyone else have the same problems?
