Thedownloader did not down load forex data

Hi
I use ms 10 for esignal and i have enable (EQ) but when i creat new symbol the downloader did not down goad data .
Look at picture pleas :

Those are the Reuters DataLink symbols for Forex. For eSignal, you would need to download the attached file and save it in C:\Program Files\Equis he DownLoader and use it instead of the CashCurrencies.sym.
