Chart/Graphic on My Enhanced System Tester doesn't show up......

Since I bought, and install, metastock 9.0, chart and graphic on my enhanced system tester doesn't show up. I did asked to the technician here at Jakarta, Indonesia, PT Bumi Anyar Futuria, they said just wait perhaps my note book memory is going slow...but, after I upgrade my note book to 500 MB RAM from 256 MB RAM the chart and graphic still doesn't show up...
Please anyone here can help me,
