MetaStock alert when a security crosses 50 or 200 day MA on above average volume

Hi Friends, is there a way for MetaStock to monitor and alert me when any security (with avg volume over 100k) during intraday price movement crosses its 50 day or 200 day MA? In this case, I can not open all the securities in Expert Advisor since I dont know which ones to open for this intraday test. If not Metastock, is there any 3rd party service which can send similar alert? many thanks!
