The drawing tools at Tradestation are a bit more sophisticated, and the ones mentioned here are of particular great use:

- Highly customizable Gann Fans
(actually, the ones I am referring to are called "Fibonacci Speed/Resistance Fans. You can define up to 12 Lines, each with specific %angles of Rise and specific color and thickness.
This is excellent, since the usual standard Gann lines (like the ones in MS) do NOT fit very well on th prices well enough on most charts. You can create astonishingly BETTER Gann lines with this highly customizable tool.

- Customizable Default Settings for Drawing Tools
This should be possible to set "standard parameters" for the Fibonacci Retracements Lines as well as for such a customizable Gann Fann tool, in order to save time when applying them.

- Trendline Alerts (mentioned by a lot of other people)
In Tradestation, you can also activate Alerts on all the Drawing Tools and Indicators.
