I downloaded the DLLs yesterday.I was wondering How do I open them.
I had them installed previously but want to see whats new on them and some I don't have.
Everytime I try to open is asking me what I want to open them with.I 'm doing this on win98se.
I wanted to know if they could be opened before install to find a bit about what they're supose to do.
