Hi,
When coding, it worth playing attention to the repeated signals. Could any one share their experience?
Sometimes, we set screener to filter out redundant signal in two consecutive bars. It sounds good as we don't want to see repected signals as we might have already "in" the market.
However, I think on the other way (althought not for two consecutive signals), it might be good to see second or third signals repeated within a number of bars, treating them as reinforcement (for those signals that are not normally repeated redundently like moving average cross over).
By the way, can anybody teach me how to code the "reinforcement" signal if two signals repeated within X bars (say 5 to 10)?
