Just wanted to add my vote. I use ML Downloader to update my database via Yahoo and it works fine, although Yahoo doesn't supply data for as many indices and futures. It does cover the issues I'm interested in, though. It'd be great to have it integrated into MS.

It'll be a cold day in hell before MetaStock adds this, given that they have to flog sales of their own datafeed subscriptions. In fact, version 10 (should be 9.15 in my opinion, given the lack of substantive improvements) mainly adds built-in links to other services they're trying to sell, rather than adding the many user-requested fixes and features mentioned in this forum section.
