The mutual fund prices are not downloading since 8/23. Is there a problem with reuters?

I asked about that this morning. Here is the response I received...
I apologize about the inconvenience, our Mutual Funds and Futures that
you are trying to download are not going to come through yet. This is
because we had a power outage in Hauppauge, NY yesterday and all the
data was out. They are still currently working on it. We are hoping it
will be back up within the next couple of hours. If you have any other
problems not related to this please let us know. So far it is only for
Mutual Funds and Futures/Commodities.
