Need the free trial PowerPivots Systems, Explorations, and Experts [RESOLVED]

Solution: After emailing Equis support (twice), I finally received an email saying the requested items "were not included in 9.2." No mention of how or why they're in my manual, etc.
So I reinstalled my version 9.1 and there they were. I exported all of the items, reinstalled 9.2, and imported them into 9.2. Problem solved, it just took some time.

I have MS Pro 9.2 QuoteCenter version. My "Mastering MetaStock" manual lists several systems, explorations, and experts based upon the PowerPivots trial version included with the product (see pp 86-94).
These are the supposed to be included with the PPEval.dll version (DOW 30 only) of PowerPivots that is included with the product. Does anyone have these in their version, and can you email me these items (assuming that's allowed).
