Hi-
I've got a layout with 4 charts, but cant figure out how to change the security in the layout- if i stay in the same folder, no problem, i just click thru the securities- but if i want to change to a different folder and see those securities in the layout, what do i do? appreciate your help!

hey kadip...... there are 2 ways to do that....... moving straight to the 2nd and best way, once you have your layout as you like it. do the' 'file->save as->template' ..... my templates are named exactly like my layouts in this case.....
now just open the 'out of folder' security and use either the open with template option, or just apply the template after the chart is open..... it will apply your layout as a template..... you must save as layout first, then save as template......h
