Can someone please help me with a formula to find stocks that have broken out of consolidation? eg finding stocks where the closing price is above resistance, and there has been a period of consolidation of at least ten weeks. I know that HHV can be used to find new highs, but is there a code to establish a period of consolidation? Thanks
