notice the white form line .... the listed links will not work until you are out of the form field.... the fourth link under navigation is the first that will work which is outside the form.....
i have not looked at the script for the error.... its a common thing from reusing a basic prebuilt page to make others.... should be a easy fix....

I'm looking, but I don't see it. Can you make a screen capture and post it here?
What browser are you using? I've tried IE 6 and 7... the only thing I see awkward at the moment is a big empty image placeholder on the LEFT side of the screen to hold the banner graphic. It will need to be size adjusted for sure. I have no doubt that there will be other graphical bugs, but sometimes I need a little help finding them. Tell you what... you show me and I'll squash em!
