Hi sgrsankar- Thanks for your feedback regarding the forum structure! There are always going to be a many venues for sharing Equis product related information on the internet. Certainly Yahoo groups will be one such source. In fact, there is at least one paid group that is outstanding. :-) With that said, it has never been a vision of the forum project to duplicate the services or offerings of another group. Equis is a leader in providing its own original support content. Doubt it? Check out the group leaders; check out the training section... original content that isn't available anywhere else. Plugins and addons are 3rd party products. The mission of our forum is to support Reuters services and the Equis line of products straight from the source. While we entertain product-related questions, there is a tight leash on 3rd party advertising. It is a fine line to walk, but IMO it is well worth it. The benefit to you lies in the integrity of unbiased solutions. We are always trying new things. Trials in the past suggest that we didn't have much success with very specific, specialized areas of interest. They look impressive, but are seldom used. We want to try to avoid inactivity, if possible. By concentrating the membership into a fewer number of areas we increase the level of interaction. With that said, we are currently in the process of setting up the new group community (forums and more!) and I will create a forum for discussing plugin products as they relate to Equis- with the understanding that we will discontinue areas of inactivity or those with advertising abuse. MS Community is no longer available in v9.2. The Community feature is being assumed by the forum. The interactive chat is a planned feature of the new forum; otherwise, the benefits of such a feature are already available here in the current forum.
