How to update data form text file [RESOLVED]

Hi;
I am using Metastock but the datas I am using is released each day thought text file (DAT). So I have to update date each day by adding new information to the old text file and use The Downloading to convert that text file (.DAT) to Meta stockdate and it takes me a lot of time bacause I have to convert a large text file, it is really a waste of time. I hop any one could help me to handle this problem. Thank you in advance
PS: I did try Merge function of Matestock but it seems not work
