Question: How do I keep the inner windows from constantly being resized? I'm sure it's a check item on a menu somewhere - but I can't find it. thanx... Clark

Someone might correct me here, but I am pretty sure the size of the inner windows is fixed in the template. I have never heard of it being set anywhere else?? My suggestion: Open a chart on the default template, resize the inner windows as required, then save the chart as the default template (replacing the exisitng default template). You now need to remove all the MSSmart directories that contain the smart charts already created, to force all charts to open with the new default template. WARNING: If you have added any lines or text etc to a smart chart, these will be erased! Open a chart. It should now be on the new default template and the inner window sizes should be correct. Hope this helps. wabbit :D

I created a template and saved it but when I open a new security with the template it stacks all the inner windows at the top of the screen. How do I save the size of my inner windows as part of the template?
