I found this neat way of scrolling which I'm sure its mentioned in the manual ,but figured if mentioned here maybe someone would find it of use.Press the scroll wheel to engage and then move it a little to the right or a lot to adjust speed.This will give a constant changing panorama of the chart -almost like a real affect .

you can also hold the shift key and click on the scroll arrow on the chart to progress one bar at a time.
