When I try to open The Explorer I receive the following error message:
"File Error in MS80EXPL.DTA: Access denied".
What can I do? :(

Well without knowing more info I would say that it is a permission error of course ... But it would help to know if you copied these files from a cd or from someone else by any chance? Or is this on a network drive or shared folder?
Ultimately I would right click on the file, select properties and check the permission settings ;)
