Try to find out a diagnosic tools and came out with a result , my Metastock sometimes may fault because of this report
"Capture files"
Redundant dbcapi.dll
several versions of dbcapi.dll detected on your computer on the following path: c:-windows-system32-dbcapi.dll , c:windows-system32-dbcapi.dll,c:windows-system32-dbcapi.dll, please delete them and test again
did you guys think I can delete them? Will I broke something?

Rather than delete the files just rename them to something slightly different, making sure you keep a note of the original name and the new name. If things turn to custard all you have to do is change the renamed files back to the original name.
