Cannot load 5000 data point for 2 of 4 charts in [RESOLVED]

Hi,
I have 4 charts in a layout. Tick, 10min, 60min, and daily. The Tick and 10min charts load 5000 data points. The 60min and hourly load about 1500 data points. Just cannot make them all load 5000 data points. Equis help lines are busy and my minutes are running out. Please advise.
Technique used.
File/New Chart/Options
open with periodity 60min; load 5000 periods
open with clean template [tried color template in case clean was used before with 1500 periods].
