I see where I can customize the periodicity on a chart to other than the standard
daily/weekly/monthly. Is there some way I can create this when using Explorer
as well?
I want to use Explorer on 4 day charts, but there isn't an option for "Other" periodicity
in the options dialog box for Explorer.
Anyway this can be done, perhaps in the formula itself?
Thank you.

hey mm.... 4 day charts, thats interesting.... is that concerning markets here in the states or elsewhere....
for the explorer to work properly in regards to indicators it might be best to convert 4 daily bars into 1.... macd crosses on the daily chart will not match those on the weekly and so on.... to do that would involve some excel type work....
you might be able to use codes to an extent, esp if your exploration was taylor made for it.... using the ref function or highest high,4 type deals might provide some ideas.......h
Exploration notes
Col A: HHV(H,4) AND Cross(C,Mov(C,50,S))
Col B: LLV(L,4)AND Cross(Mov(C,50,S),C)
Filter colA OR colB
Filter enabled Yes
Periodicity Daily
Records required 4000

Thanks Hayseed,
It's for US markets.
Some interesting ideas, but I need it to work off indicator levels that would be created by a chart where
each bar is 4 days long. Weekly is okay, but I found 4 day bars work better for what I do.
