I just tried some of the following lessons with some serious sound problems:
http://forum.equis.com/viewtopic.php?t=1114
Lesson 1: Basic Formula Writing Low sound
Lesson 2: Functions- REF(), SUM(), MACD() good sound at the beginning and then changes to low sound
Lesson 3: Divergence- VALUEWHEN(), STOCH(), RSI() sound is so low that I stopped the lessons.
For the first two lessons the sound is so low that even while listening to the lessons at max sound, they are still hard to hear. The third lesson with sound at max was too hard to listen.
Is it my computer that is creating the problem, or is there a real problem with the sound?
I also tried to see the Velez tutorial; however, it was amazingly slow and with no sound.
On the positive side, I like the lessons, particularly when I can hear what is being said. =D>
Some of the more subtle points could be covered with an extra example explaining the fundamental concept being conveyed from a slightly different perspective.

Hey FX-
I just checked the content again. It is working fine on my end. Maybe it's your internet connection. Have you tried to d/l the videos instead? Perhaps if you tried to view it locally, rather than streaming it, things would be better.

Stockman,
I did try to d/l; however, the link that I download is like 4K. I did it as a save target.
Thanks for the idea.

Patrick,
You could be right except for the fact that when I use them to play my CDs they have good volume level.

You know I was not being a smart ass about the new speakers :D ... Let me ask you this:
Are your speakers:
a) Built in the computer/laptop
b) Not using a power source ( I Mean that you don't have to plug it to an electric outlet )
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then you will be able to hear just fine by buying a new pair of speakers.
The reason is that there s no amplification from speakers with no power intake. So yes the sound on my recordings are somewhat low but they can be heard just fine if you have speakers with a little"boost".
Sorry about the inconvenience :D

Patrick,
I have a pair of independent speakers with their own power supply.
I am just trying to figure out why the volume is so difficult to hear.
By the way, I like the work you are doing with the training material.

Patrick,
Thanks.
As I mentioned the volume varies in strength in the second lesson.
The volume started nice and strong, and then it dropped in loudness.
Perhaps, this will help.
I will try your other lessons as time permits.
