when someone asked baron rothschild of the secret to his success he replied, ‘ selling too early'..... we’ve had a good move since halloween..... i was just scrolling through all the etf’s , ishares, vipers , sectors and such, with a favorite layout looking for signs of weakness.... paranoia you say, well yeah maybe..... if we scroll through a folder with a layout or template applied which includes raff lines, occasionally they will not appear..... raff lines need the starting date as originally applied..... with so many of the etf’s being recent additions , they might not have existed at the templates or layouts raff line beginning..... with no beginning there can be no end.... also at times indicators themselves might not appear..... macd for example requires a minimum number of bars before it can begin..... in the case of a monthly chart that lag can be sizable.... in the quest for more room we can remove the charts title bar by , right click>chart window properties and uncheck ‘show chart title bar’...... in the case of a 4 chart layout that extra room can be of value..... the title bar has several other functions..... without it we can not drag the charts around so they stay frozen in place, also the minimize , maximize and close window options are not available..... sometimes the extra room is worth the temporary loss..... would using metastock allowed baron Rothschild to say , ‘sianora paranoia’..... probably not, but it might have increased his square footage..... here's :boire: to everyone makin enough for your new room addition, happy new years everybody..... h
