Mustafa- If you want a serious answer, I'd suggest you limit your post to only one forum... not posting the same message in three different forums. In addition, e-mailing the same posted request to individual members is frowned upon. I agree with Jose's comments and suggest that any real benefit to your education will come as a result of your own efforts. In the USA, soliciting survey answers for the purpose of a thesis or similar outlet is always accompanied with a moratorium. Your questions are very detailed and will require considerable effort to answer accurately if they are to have any meaning at all. Good luck to you.
