Once I come up with a indicator I like I want to apply it to different categories of stocks.
These explorations would "pick' the stocks I want to apply the indicator to in a second exploration.
The categories would be like, trending higher, trending lower, swinging, etc.
I can grind something out but would rather find something on the net that I can modify.
Has anyone run across something like this?
Thanks.

This sounds like something that the Explorer can already do... at least in part. Set up your different criteria in the different criteria and use the filter to find the correct combination of results.
There should be some good examples in the User's Manual and in the Formula Primer. Any specific help would require a specific question... please, just ask. :-)

I think I am going to go after it with moving averages and ADX and play around with
creating a home grown Beta using the "Security" function..
Thanks for your reply.
