Hello everyone :) I´m just before buying MS 9.1 EOD, but for now, I don´t need the Reuters Data Feed Subscription. I was told, that in this case, I will have to type in the data manually. If I want to analyse "JADE", for example, could please someone explain, which data am I going to need to enter in the MetaStock? And are there any free data providers? Thanks and kind regards!

You could download the free csv file from Yahoo data and convert them ... It can become quite a lot of work though, but I guess if you are learning how to use the software it should sufficient for now. To convert files, just look in the downloader help ;) Patrick

Hello Patrick :) Thank you for the reply! I´m sorry I couldn´t reply faster but I had some difficulties with connecting to this site. I have tried to find the CVS data on finance.yahoo.com but with no success. I have also tried googling for "yahoo finance cvs data" but I found nothing. Maybe do you know where could I find the CVS files? Thanks!

Hi! I have found several other sites which offer free data feed and this would be probably the best one - if I would know, how to use it :D http://www.dukascopy.net/english/cquotes/CSV/for free and with no registration), but I´m not sure, if it´s compatible with the MetaStock Downloader. I just can´t find a way, how to correctly convert this .CSV files... The date range seems pretty incompatible to me, but maybe there is a way how to fix this. Does anyone, by any chance, uses this data feed or knows how could be this data converted in MetaStock compatible format? I´m using MetaStock 9.1 EOD. Thanks!
