If I call myself as a Trader, can I withdraw money from my account? and that will NOT affect anything and I will be still a Trader not INVESTOR? I try to find this answear read lot of book but there are no simple answear to this question Thanks

yes, it matter what I am call myself.. because I want to deduct lot of expenses this year.... also, if I am absesnes from a market let say 2 month no trading(vacation) should this disqualify me as "trader" status?

Konrad, Please contact the IRS, they will help you with all of your tax questions. It is better to get their answers than to accept answers from strangers. if you try and solve this on your own, you will most likely be audited and have to pay penalties later
