I use the End of Day platform - do I have access to futures charts? I tried to pull the Mini Dow, Crude Oil and Russell and it just said 'symbol not found'. I clicked Reuters > Futures > CBOT or Nymex > then the mini symbol.
How do I pull these charts assuming I get them?

If you are paying for the futures package then yes, you have access. If you only have the stock package, then I am not sure but I don't think you have access.
