I created a layout with 3 windows, I have "use chart as a template", "keep line studies" and "Change all charts in layout selected". The idea was to be able to go through a set of stock using this layout. The problem starts when I draw a trendline. When I draw it on one security, and switch to another still I have this trend line whitch makes the chart messy - this line has nothing to do with another security. My dream would be to have a tool like this: I open the layout and make quick analise, I switch between windows (crtl+TAB) lets say to a renko window and draw a trendline, to candlestick draw a trend line and write something and to another window with oscilators and also draw sth. I click next to switch to another security and do the same. The point is that I want every changes in each security saved. So that next day I sit down open security1 with the layout and I have trenline on candlestick window, renko window, comments and lines on oscilator window. The same with security2 and the next one and next one.... I don't know if it can be done in Metstock, for me it seems obvious that should be but I got confused with the options...
