Here is the MetaStock training provided by Equis support department.
The sound might be loud so make sure to turn down your speakers first.
It is about 40 minutes long and about 8 megs to download.
This lesson is about the Explorer and the Expert Advisor in MetaStock.
I actually quite like it and Justin did a great going through most options.
