Hello everybody. I just got MS EOD and realized I have no idea how to back test my ideas.
Maybe I can get some help and hope I'll be bale to learn this eventually:
Find stocks on Nasdaq:
close at 52 week high and/or 5% near 52 week high
next day stock makes new high
price of the stock above $25
50 day ave. volume - 100,000
Buy if close lower then previous day close

If you are using Reuters Dtalink as your data provider try this:
Click on tools, the explorer, new, type a name for your exploration and in the filter column type the formula below
Mov(V,50,S)>=1000 and C>=25 and H>Ref(H,-1) and
Ref(H,-1)>Ref(HHV(H,250),-2)*.95
