can any body help me with a swing trading exploration for metastock,by the virtue of which profits can be made from the momentum calls for 1 to 5 days

As you will see, people in this community will not recommend any specific system. Especially when you did not provide enough details ...

Now this said you should do some research about swing trading and see what popular technics are used out there and/or check out our formula collection.
