Add an UPDATE feature under the HELP tab.

hey g..... there are some updates and files in meta under the help tab....
help>equis on the web>latest files
those might somewhat limited for your and my versions, but might help others..... patrick, as you know, just posted the reasons for the recent limits....h

hey h-
4 sure... no oversight. I just thought it could be stepped up to determine whatever version you have installed, download the appropriate update, and run the patch installer following the download. Sort of the same thing as now, but different! :D
