Does anybody know how to read the First Notice Date or Last Trade Date in the formula language. I'm developing a futures system and I want to tell my strategy to exit on the last trade date. Is that possible?

I do not believe this would be possible using the MFL within MetaStock. The experts at formulas@equis.com are probably the best ones to ask, though.

Was thanked: 16 time(s) in 16 post(s)
Exit:=Cum(1)=LastValue(Cum(1)); or Exit:=Cum(1)=Highest(Cum(1)); are the same thing. Both will force any open trades (if used with a latch) to exit on the last bar in the chart. Was that what you were looking for? wabbit :D
