Hi all! I recently started to work with Metastock 9.0. Right now, I would like to make research on the TSX by sector and I cannot figure how I can do it. On my metastock data CD, I have the stocks by industries but it seems to be only the US stocks. The Canadian stocks are only sorted by alphabetical order and not by industries. Someone have any idea how I can make search on canadian stocks by industries? Thanks!

hey sylvain...... the sorted by industry seems to be new with meta 9 and only here in the states..... you might have to create the folders yourself.... takes some time but relatively simple using the downloader.... you would need the components .... s&p has its versions of the candian sectors such as tse 300 energy ...... perhaps your familiar with the site investcom .... the rest of the sector components are listed there under S&P/TSX Canadian Sector Indices .... btw, that pre-sorted listing might be something realistic to post on the wish list, eh .....h
