steve just brought up a good point concerning tickers.... its relatively easy to memorize symbols for issues we trade daily... its not much of a stretch to memorize the entire nas 100.... and every site out there will use those exact same symbols..... but whats with the broad market indicators..... they will differ from site to site and data provider to data provider...... in meta, the quickest way for me to find what i'm after is to arrange the folder by 'list and details'..... just use the 'views' tab to the left of 'tools' and the 'options' tab on 'tools' right..... reuters by name and details rueters by name and list esignal by name and list esignal by name and details sure saves time locating those confusing tickers..... it only takes a couple seconds to do now but saves many minutes later.... use the option tab to change back to 'view by symbol' when done.......h
