Hi all
I'm new to Metastock (Just got an old copy of 7.2 Pro).
How do I get MS to scan through my list of charts subject to my formula?
For example, say I programmed a moving average crossover formula and I want MS to go through my list and tell me which are the ones that just had an MA crossover.

You just need to create a custom exploration and enter your formula in the filter column.
To create a new exploration, click on tools, the explorer, new.
type your formula in the filter column and run your exploration and it should show you the list of securities that passed your test.
