Is there any way in Metastock to create an exploration that indictes possible buys into wekness and sells into strength. For example If there is a retrace of Fibonacci 38.2 from a particular movement, will an explorqation pick that up?

Hello,

Something like this should be possible, although whether this is practical as an exploration might be debatable, as it would be highly dependent upon an individual instrument/ticker and the start date specified for generating the values.
